Once we have received your request with all the important details, we can usually provide you with a preliminary offer within one working day.
If the initial offer is acceptable to you, any remaining questions can be clarified in a personal or telephone conversation. Often, a prototype is also agreed upon at this point (especially for small production runs). This can then be reviewed at our office, via video conference, or sent to you.

Please send us your inquiry along with the 3D model (.stl format) via our inquiry form. It's best if you also briefly describe the intended application. Please also include information on colors and, if possible, the desired type of plastic – if you have already decided on this.

We can now configure our 3D printers for your order and begin production. The finished parts can either be shipped in bulk (standard) or alongside the production process.
